Every mother deserves support and nurturance....I offer pre and postpartum massage, Reiki and bodywork and also teach childbirth preparation classes to help women and their partners prepare for
the extraordinary experience of birth.

I have always loved teaching which brings with it the opportunity to inform and inspire while creating a learning environment that is fun and engaging. My classes for doulas and massage therapists, include prenatal, labor and postpartum massage.
